Meet Our Counselors

I have worked in the field of Psychology since 1999. I started out working with the Homeless and MR populations in Philadelphia and went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University. I have worked for 10 years as a family therapist and I truly enjoy doing individual and group counseling. I have supported Counseling Psychology Interns as a Teaching Assistant at Eastern University and currently act as a Clinical Supervisor to new counselors preparing for licensure. I have worked with preschoolers, school age children, teens, young adults, couples, and families.

I use Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Structural Family Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to help people free themselves from engaging in the maladaptive patterns that are preventing them from having the life they desire. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, phobias, eating disorders, parenting difficulties as well as many other issues.

I consider it an honor to be able to do this for a living. Being a part of the process that enables an individual to finally be comfortable in their own skin is a rare and wonderful gift.
